Simple Divorce: You’re applying for a divorce by yourself, and are asking the court for a divorce only.
Joint Divorce: You’re applying for a divorce with your spouse. You can also ask the court to make orders about spousal support, child support, decision-making responsibility, and parenting time, if you and your spouse agree on these issues.

Court Fees
In total the court charges a mandatory fee of $669 to file for a divorce.
Break Down:
Divorce Application | $214
Central Registry of Divorce Proceedings (CRDP) | $10
Set Down for Divorce | $445
After 31 days from your Divorce Order you may want a Divorce Certificate issued. This certificate costs an additional $25. *You must get a Divorce Certificate in order to get remarried

We will draft all of the required forms for a simple/joint divorce and file them with the correct court location on your behalf.
