Document Drafting and Online Filing
Drafting documents can be difficult but we make it easy. We will help you draft the following forms needed for a simple/joint divorce, ensure you have all the supplemental documents required, identify any potential issues with your filings and we will submit it to the courts on your behalf:

Process Servers
You are required to serve the other party with your divorce application and provide proof of who, when where and how they were served by way of an Affidavit of Service. If the party you wish to serve is within our range we have process servers that can help you with this.

Commissioning/ Notarizing Affidavits
Notary public and commissioner of oaths are authorized individuals responsible for ensuring that an oath or affirmation relating to an affidavit or statutory declaration has been administered properly according to the law. He or she cannot certify that the information contained within the statements is true, but rather that the process for taking the oath or affirmation has been administered properly. They can also sign affidavits and certify documents to be true copies of the original.
